Dear Room 12 Parents,

As you many of you know from Back to School Night, we are planning a field trip to Roaring Camp Railroad on Thursday, May 26th to participate in one of their Living History programs.  They are asking for a 25% non-refundable deposit by October 15th.  Since the cost is $800 per 5th grade class (with the 6-7 chaperones included @ $15/each) 25% would be $200.  Divided among our 25 students that comes to  $8 per student.   In short please send your child to school with  $8  in a labeled envelope as soon as possible, but before October 15.   If you prefer to pay the full amount now, you may do so.  It will be $32.

Thank You,
Mrs.  Sara
